Then we will find manufacturers to build products for you, including researching appropriate manufacturers, prices, costs, negotiations and finding the best price for the products you want to sell. 3. It is worth noting that it may take up to 1 to 2 months from the initial communication to the final order.
What's the service price？
Our commission is generally determined by the total order value, typically ranging from 5% to 9%. Depending on the complexity of the project, this rate may be adjusted upward or downward. Please refer to this link for our specific commission scales and full Terms of Service.
Must you need a China sourcing agent?
No. Suppose you understand the entire process of purchasing, development, production, shipping and have enough workforce to keep in touch with suppliers. In that case, you definitely don’t need a sourcing company to assist you.
Can I send you a lot of links for procurement?
Yes, we are good at supporting low volume high variety production. However, please keep your links well-organized in a list. If the total order value is low but involves a large number of links, we may charge a small handling fee based on the actual complexity of your Excel sheet. To start, we will provide quotes for a few of your items first—once you are happy with the pricing, we can proceed with the rest of the list.
What categories do you specialize in?
We typically specialize in the procurement of variety products or the development of single products. We source primarily from both online e.g. 1688 and offline markets within China(Yiwu market as well). We are not well-suited for sourcing products with highly complex technical specifications. For such items, we recommend that you communicate directly with the suppliers, though we can assist with shipping and quality inspections.
Is my money safe wih you?
If you have concerns about security for our initial cooperation, you can pay via Alibaba Trade Assurance (Escrow). This provides a secure payment channel where your funds are protected; in the event of any dispute, you have the right to apply for a full refund. Please note that payment through Alibaba requires you to cover the transaction fee. For future orders, you can switch to T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to our corporate bank account, which is faster and has much lower fees.
